The Adult Sunday School class meets from 9:30-10:15 AM each Sunday and it has one lesson (#6) remaining in “Christ’s Mission Is Our Mission.” Due to teacher availability, we’re postponing that lesson until June 2, 2013.

During a recent poll, class members expressed a desire to spend time discussing the recent World Conference and USA National Conference Actions. So for the next two Sunday’s the class will devote both class periods to questions and answers about the actions and recommendations of the two conferences. All delegates are invited to attend to respond to questions posed by class members. Jonathan Bacon will moderate the session and have documents available (daily bulletins, the Conference legislation packet and so on) for reference.

Note also that copies of “Signal Communities…Reflect Christ’s Peace” (a text recommended by the World Church) will be available this Sunday during the Adult Sunday School class. This is the text we’ll begin studying on June 9, 2013. The cost is $12, class members are encouraged to take a copy and add the cost of the booklet to their regular congregational offering.
