ATTENTION WORSHIP PLANNERS AND PROVIDERS

Please remember that all order of worships and any bulletin announcements are due one week prior to your worship service date. The musicians, pianist, PowerPoint person, printing and folding process, and many others need preparation time for their portion of the service. Everyone understands there may be unusual circumstances that require a worship planner and presider to be late occasionally. Please remember early preparation helps everyone to be in the appropriate spiritual place to contribute effectively to the worship experience. This has been our deadline for 20 years now.

Also please remember that it is generally the responsibility of the worship planner to consult the worship helps, designed the general worship experience, and call the individuals listed as participants that are on the quarterly worship schedule. The presider should be involved in this process and assist in this process as much as possible as well as execute the service plan.

Additionally please consult your pianist/organist as well as the Mission Bells and Saints Chorale directors as early as possible; two weeks would be ideal. These individuals can help in hymn selection, and placement of their groups music pieces in the best place during the service. It also gives the pianist/organist time to practice, versus sight read, the hymns.
