THIS WEEK’S CALENDAR: June 24-30, 2013

Sunday, June 30, 2013, 8:45 AM – Donuts & Coffee Breakfast (Marge and John Trinkl), join the informal conversations in the Fellowship Hall.

Sunday, June 30, 2013, 9:30 AM – Sunday School Classes for children and adults.

  • Pre-Teen (8 and older) Children’s Sunday School Class will meet in the downstairs classroom (just to the right when you arrive at the foot of the stairs) – 9:30 to 10:15 AM
  • God’s Kids (4-7 years old) will meet in the Children’s Library – 9:30 to 10:15 AM
  • Adult Class will meet in the Church Library

Sunday, June 30, 2013, 10:30 AM – In a less than traditional service, Jonathan Bacon will host a morning of video clips, surveys (with clickers) and open discuss on the theme “Called to Mission” Jennifer Libeer will preside with Val Anderson serving as worship planner. Christa Corrie along with the Congregation will offer the ministry of music.

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS SCHEDULE

Continuing this coming Sunday, the Adult Class will begin studying “Signal Communities…Reflect Christ’s Peace” (a text recommended by the World Church). Copies are available on the table in the Fellowship Hall. Take a copy and if you’re able, please add the $12 cost to their regular congregational offering.

The schedule for the next few weeks follows:

June 30, 2013: Session 4 Signal Communities – Pursue Peace – instructor: Ron Millard

July 7, 2013: Session 5 Signal Communities – Honor the Sacredness of Creation – instructor: Avis Garrett-Baptist

July 14, 2013: Session 6 Signal Communities – Speak and Live Christ’s Mission – instructor: Jennifer Libeer
