Sunday, September 8, 2013, 9:30 AM – Sunday School Classes for children and adults.

  • Pre-Teen (8 and older) Children’s Sunday School Class will meet in the downstairs classroom (across the hall and to the left at the base of the stairs) – 9:30 to 10:15 AM
  • God’s Kids (4-7 years old) will meet in the Children’s Library – 9:30 to 10:15 AM
  • Adult Class will meet in the Church Library – 9:30 to 10:15 AM

Sunday, September 8, 2013, 10:30 AM – Roxanne Kosmicki, Arlene Leonard, and Brenda McLaughlin will speak on the theme “Formed by God” and Charles Athey will preside. Jim McLaughlin will serve as worship planner. The Saints Chorale will offer the ministry of music.

Monday, September 9, 2013, 7:00-8:30 PM – Mission Bells Rehearsal in Church Sanctuary.

Wednesday, September 11, 2013, 6:30-7:30 PM – Saints Chorale Weekly Rehearsal in Church Sanctuary.

Thursday, September 12, 2013, 7:00 PM – All Good Books discussion group meets to discuss “Life in a Jar: The Irene Sendler Project” by Jack Mayer at the Leawood Pioneer Library (4700 Town Center Drive, Leawood, KS).

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS SCHEDULE

The adult class has begun studying “The Journey of a People” by Church Historian Mark A. Scherer (on the first and second Sundays of each month) and also focusing on “Investigating the Book of Mormon” (on the third, fourth and fifth Sundays of each month).

Sunday, September 8, 2013 at 9:30 AM – the class will continue discussion of Mark A. Scherer’s “The Journey of a People, Volume I.” Jane Landrum will lead this class.

Sunday, September 15, 2013 at 9:30 AM – the class will continue discussion of the Book of Mormon focusing on the purpose and provenance of the book. Jonathan Bacon will lead this class.
