ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS SCHEDULE

On Sunday, November 23, 2014, Jane Landrum will lead the discussion on Mark A. Scherer’s “The Journey of a People.” The class will focus on finishing Chapter 16 and then starting subsequent chapters in Scherer’s book.

CHURCH ART GROUP

All are invited to the Church Art Group, which is held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday’s of each month at the Avis and Jeremy Baptist Home from 6:00-9:00 PM. You don’t have to be an artist to attend, only a willingness to try is necessary.

2015 PASTOR SEARCH COMMITTEE

The Pastor Search Committee (Margaret Athey, Avis Garrett-Baptist, Jim McLaughlin, Ron Millard, Eloise Snider, and Jerry Rushfelt) have proposed a leadership model with pastors Karen and Larry Birkby with assistants to be determined. The pastorate would be assisted by a leadership team that would focus ministries in specific areas: Small Groups, Priesthood Development, Outreach, Young Adults, Pastoral Care, Worship, Music, Education, Children, Youth, Seniors, Building, and others as needed..
